• A development sector professional with nearly three decades of experience in sectors that include WASH and Health & Nutrition among others; post his doctorate, served Government of India in the capacity of a researcher for more than twelve years (1990-2002); switched to social sector research & consulting since early 2000 and attempted to make some useful contributions as a research & consulting professional in sectors that mostly included Sanitation, Health and Nutrition; as State Head (Jharkhand), Global Sanitation Fund (GSF, a UN trust fund) programme, managed & supervised the (GSF) programme.
