• Mitali Agarwal Mehta joined us as Program Manager – Knowledge & LearningHaving rich experience of 15 years, Mitali started her career as a volunteer for INTACH, ICI (where she was later offered a paid position). Her research skills were polished while working for Academy of Management Studies (AMS), as an independent consultant, and then for the Social and Rural Research Institute (SRI).
• Post which she gained corporate experience of almost 5+ years as Human Resource Manager in various organizations. Her managerial and digital communication skills were aptly utilized for 4 years when she worked as a freelance consultant, taking up assignments with small brands and increasing their digital footprints, and establishing them in the market.
• Her skill sets include research, government lesioning, corporate communications, project planning, and management, curating publications, advocacy through webinars, database management, digital communications, multimedia designing, team handling, implementing best practices, employee motivation to boost productivity and job performance.
• In her current role she has curated publications, organized the Annual ISC-FICCI Sanitation Awards 2021, designed and anchored various events and webinars, created concept notes, coordinated with external agencies and government officials, collaborated horizontally within various verticals and teams on different projects, coordinated with International entities to organize youth oriented debates, and many more such activities.
