  • Nupur has over 15 years of experience in academics, research, and retail banking. She did her Masters in Business Management from NIILM-CMS, New Delhi, post which she took up her first stint with ICICI Bank as Assistant Manager retail banking, liabilities side. She then moved on join Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management and Development Studies as Assistant Professor for the Masters program in business management. She was responsible for the courses - marketing management, rural marketing, and business research as well as organizing and conducting ‘management development programs’ for existing managers across multiple industries.
  • She then moved purely into management research by joining Management Development Institute, Gurgaon as a research scholar. While there, she published several research papers in peer reviewed journals and a management case study published by Harvard Business Publishing Education

  • Before joining ISC, Nupur was working as an independent research consultant, specializing in the thematic areas of women and child health, WASH, child and adolescent development, sustainable livelihoods, women empowerment, and gender issues. She has extensive experience in impact assessment studies, monitoring and evaluation, need assessment studies, baseline assessment and situational analysis.
