WASH Financing

Back

  • Since making sanitation-related infrastr1ucture development is one of the core areas for advancement under WASH financing, ISC has been working as a catalyst to unlocking the funding for the construction, retrofitting, and maintenance of WASH infrastructure such as water supply systems, sewerage systems, and latrines.
  • Financing for the establishment of tariffs and subsidies is also an important area for working on WASH. ISC is supporting its partner organizations for sensitizing the targeted households, communities, and utilities to afford the cost of accessing WASH services.
  • Since financing for private sector initiatives is also a core area to support the development and delivery of WASH services in the urban and rural communities, ISC has been creating a platform of different government bodies, corporates, grassroots organizations, and partners to unlock funding through Private Sector participation.
  • Through Private Sector Engagement, ISC has been unlocking huge funding opportunities for the Research and Development of new technologies and approaches that can improve WASH service delivery and sustainability in the country’s last mile.
  • Since ISC has been working as one of the key players in WASH, the organization has been performing rigorously in unlocking Funding for training and capacity-building initiatives, it has also been supporting the WASH stakeholders, such as governments, NGOs, and community-based organizations, to plan, implement, and monitor WASH projects effectively.
