During her corporate career, Gina held senior leadership roles at a leading international bank, where she led large, cross-functional teams, built multinational portfolios, and drove strategic initiatives across markets in India and Asia. She has deep expertise in designing systems, strengthening governance, and implementing data-driven strategies—capabilities she now brings to the development sector.

 

At the firm, Gina focuses on collaborating with organizations, corporates, foundations, on high-impact initiatives, particularly in the WASH (Water, Sanitation, and Hygiene) sector, livelihoods, and community development, in alignment with government policies, frameworks and initiatives.
